1. Pour as much charcoal into your grill as you need, typically you would need 4-5lbs of charcoal per BBQ .
2. Next, make a pyramid (pile up the charcoal) honoring the ancient Mayan culture.
3. Into the pyramid stick one of our Kebroak Fatwood sticks (from the side or below) and set fire to it using match or lighter for about 10 seconds.
4. Now that the Fatwood has caught fire you can leave you grill for about 10-15 minutes until all the charcoal has caught fire and is glowing. Your grill is now ready for the true BBQ experience.
